Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• We currently ship within the U.S. only.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

• We offer a standard shipping rate of $9.95.

• Free standard shipping may be offered on orders over $200. Watch for seasonal promos!

Expedited Shipping

• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

• Please note that choosing expedited shipping does not shorten the processing time.

Local Pickup

• Local customers may select in-store pickup at checkout for no additional charge.

• You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup from our boutique location.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• It's Kaycee's Kloset is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

• If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. We're happy to assist where possible but cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.

Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.
