Exchange Policy
At It's Kaycee's Kloset, we take pride in offering unique, fashion-forward pieces. Because many of our items are a one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity, we do not offer refunds-only exchanges on Pink Petals items will be accepted under the following conditions (all It's Kaycee's Kloset items will be final sale):
In-Store Purchases

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be in original, unworn condition with no signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.

Original tags must be still attached, and a receipt is required for all exchanges.

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or accessories cannot be exchanged.
Online Purchases

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their item(s) by emailing us at shop@itskayceeskloset.com.

The item(s) must meet the same condition requirements listed above (unworn, undamaged, tags attached).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was a shipping error on our end. It's Kaycee's Kloset is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit or process the exchange.

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstance.

Store credit must be used within 90 days of the issued date and can be used in-store or online.
