Exchange Policy

At It's Kaycee's Kloset, we take pride in offering unique, fashion-forward pieces. Because many of our items are a one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity, we do not offer refunds-only exchanges on Pink Petals items will be accepted under the following conditions (all It's Kaycee's Kloset items will be final sale):

 

In-Store Purchases

  • Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with no signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.

  • Original tags must be still attached, and a receipt is required for all exchanges.

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or accessories cannot be exchanged.

Online Purchases

  • Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their item(s) by emailing us at shop@itskayceeskloset.com.

  • The item(s) must meet the same condition requirements listed above (unworn, undamaged, tags attached).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was a shipping error on our end. It's Kaycee's Kloset is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit or process the exchange.

Additional Notes

  • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstance.

  • Store credit must be used within 90 days of the issued date and can be used in-store or online.
