Cancellation Policy

At It's Kaycee's Kloset, we understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or event booking, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note: *A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. *Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. *If you fail to provide notice within the 24-hour window or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to book again. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
